For our Railway Partners

We currently enable 35% of the UK's railway network, working with numerous Train Operating Companies (TOCs) to make them freight-enabled.  As a safety and security-first organisation, our credentials and expertise in guiding operators through the process of becoming freight-capable are unparalleled. The National Rail Safety Programme (NRSP) is part of our DNA, and we work closely with the Department for Transport (DFT) to ensure our rail partners adhere to their safety cases and compliance rules.

In our 14-year history, our operational record is second to none; we have never delayed a passenger train. Our system leverages the comprehensive data and reliability of the rail network, offering a compelling alternative to road-based, diesel-fuelled logistics that pollute our cities and congest our roads. Our solution is based on a hands-off, carbon neutral and a virtually zero operating cost model, delivering much-needed ancillary revenue to our rail operator customers.

Passenger rail freight is a key project for the DFT, Network Rail, and GBRTT under the concept of ‘Parcels as Passengers.’ We are actively working to address the various challenges faced by private franchises and concessions, state-operated and open access operators, including revenue retention, station facilities operations, and NRSP developments. Our NRSP-compliant system and supporting technologies enable freight capacity in both public and non-public areas of trains without the need for rolling stock modifications.

Our goal is to play a significant role in repurposing the railways and stations, transforming them into vital assets in the communities they serve, second only to hospitals. In line with this vision, we are collaborating closely with our medical partners to support the NHS, ensuring that the railways and stations are at the service of public health.
